Bengal forms panel to review new criminal laws, Governor's 'banana republic' dig
As the Mamata Banerjee-led West Bengal government formed a seven-member committee to review the new criminal laws, Governor CV Ananda Bose took a dig at the Chief Minister and said the state shouldn't be a "banana republic".
