Calling cows 'stray' insulting, refer them as 'destitute': Rajasthan's new order
Earlier in July, state minister Joraram Kumawat said cows in Rajasthan will not be called 'stray' and that the term 'nirashit' (destitute) will be used to refer to the animal.
