Consider delay in trial only factor for bail: Manish Sisodia's lawyers to court
A Delhi Court on Wednesday witnessed lawyers appearing for Enforcement Directorate and AAP leader Manish Sisodia in a disagreement with regard to whether the trial court should decide Sisodia’s second bail plea by testing the alleged delay in trial or the merits of the entire case and allegations against him.
