Court directs Maharashtra government to conduct mangrove survey within 4 weeks
The bench, consisting of Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Justice Amit Borkar, was hearing a plea filed by an NGO, seeking all mangroves in Maharashtra should be brought under the Forest Department for its better protection.
