Court junks petitions including Madhavi Thackeray's against license suspension
A two-judge bench of the Bombay High Court rejected the petition of the bar and restaurant owners, including Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray's daughter-in-law Madhavi Thackeray, whose liquor licences were suspended following the Pune Porsche accident.
