Delhi coaching centre ignored norms, leading to fatal basement flooding
The MCD found that the owner of Rau's coaching centre was violating building regulations from the basement up to the third floor. Subsequently, in August 2023, the MCD issued a show-cause notice to the coaching centre's owner. Despite this, the misuse did not cease.
