Ex-External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh passes away at 93
K Natwar Singh died at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram, near Delhi, where he had been receiving treatment for a few weeks. Born in 1931 in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district, K Natwar Singh was a diplomat before he joined politics.
