Hathras satsang organiser, police were alerted about mismanagement: Eyewitness
An eyewitness, who was a member of the organising committee, told India Today TV that he alerted main organiser Dev Prakash Madhukar and local police about the mismanagement due to no proper parking facility a day before the mishap.
