Infra development in J&K unrelated to Article 370 scrapping: Omar Abdullah
Speaking to India Today TV, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said that completion of infrastructure projects in Jammu and Kashmir has no connection to abrogation of Article 370, adding that they were bound to happen.
