Jan. 6 rioter celebrates Trump pardon, cuts ankle monitor
Gabriel Augustin Garcia celebrated President Trump pardoning Jan. 6 rioters by removing his ankle monitor. The former Army captain was charged with several crimes related to the Jan. 6 riot, including obstruction of an official proceeding and demonstrating in a Capitol building.
