An AI-powered chatbot, Swami Chatbot, will assist Sabarimala pilgrims with comprehensive information on pooja timings, railway and airport facilities. The chatbot can be accessed in six languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada.
