Minor boy to be tried as adult for sexually assaulting schoolmate in Maharashtra
A bench of Justice GA Sanap of the Bombay High Court noted that the heinous crime was committed by the accused with a "conscious decision" and it deserves to be tried under acts of BNS, instead of the Juvenile Justice Act.
