No sunlight, ventilation: Court says 'vertical slum' dwellers better off on ground
when advocate Navroz Seervai showed pictures of rehabilitation buildings built very close to each other, the Bombay High Court remarked how they resembled "vertical slums". They (slum dwellers) were better off on ground encroaching, the court said.
