NTSB Investigators Found Some Hazmat Containers 'Were Breached,' Contents Spilled amid Baltimore Bridge Collapse
The National Transportation Safety Board announced during a press conference on Wednesday night that the investigation into the Baltimore Bridge collapse may take "12 to 24 months." The agency said its investigators found some hazmat containers "were breached."
