Pak twist in row over obscene comment on Captain Anshuman Singh's widow
National Commission for Women (NCW) chairperson Rekha Sharma said the person who made a derogatory comment about Smriti Singh, the widow of Siachen hero Captain Anshuman Singh, may be from Pakistan.
