Supreme Court slams Manipur government, orders medical check-up for Kuki prisoner
The apex court took note of the Manipur High Court's order, in which it was stated that the undertrial could not be taken to the hospital for medical check-up due to the prevailing law and order situation, which they said was not favourable for a Kuki in the violence-hit state.
