Top Court gives more time to Chhattisgarh, Bihar to reply to Ramdev’s plea to club FIRs
The bench said the counter-affidavits need to be filed at the earliest as Ramdev’s plea has been pending in court since 2021. In his plea, the yoga guru sought the transfer of the FIRs lodged in Patna and Raipur to Delhi.
