US diplomat to discuss security of Indian consulates in US during Delhi visit
Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security Gentry Smith was speaking in Kolkata and referred to an incident wherein a group of Khalistan supporters attacked the Indian consulate in San Francisco in March and July this year.
