'Are you sure it was Islamic State?': Russia questions US on Moscow attack
Russia has cast doubt on the United States' assertion that the Islamic State is responsible for the Moscow concert hall attack, which killed 133 people. The terror outfit has claimed responsibility, which the US publicly said it believed, but Russia alleges it's an attempt to bail out Ukraine.
