Baby orca 'not ready' to leave remote B.C. lagoon despite 'perfect unison' to herd her with oikomi pipes
About 10 boats herded the young whale towards the exit of the lagoon at high tide, but the two-year-old whale refused to swim over the sand bar where its mother died last weekend to the open ocean.
