Biden mistakenly introduced Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy as Russian President Vladimir Putin, and then fumbled a question about Vice President Kamala Harris by saying he "wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president” if he did not have confidence in her.
