BJP leaders' poll plea against leader of Sharad Pawar's party rejected
The petition had been filed by BJP's Sangram Sampatrao Deshmukh in 2021 who had been a runner-up candidate having secured 73,321 votes. Lad had won the election having secured 1,22,145 votes. Lad had raised and challenged the maintainability of the petition filed by Deshmukh.
