Bombay High Court dismisses plea by TDP’s Chandrababu Naidu in 2010 assault case
The Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court said there was enough material revealing the complicity of the applicants (Naidu and Babu) in the commission of the crime… and that it would not be appropriate to quash the crime and the criminal case.
