Case against former Maharashtra DGP, 6 others for criminal conspiracy
The FIR was filed at Thane Nagar police station based on a complaint by businessman Sanjay Punamiya. Besides Pandey, two police officials, an advocate who allegedly impersonated a Special Public Prosecutor, and three businessmen, were named in the FIR.
