Hurricane Francine whipped up wind and rain as the storm made landfall as a Category 2 storm Wednesday evening near Cocodrie and Morgan City, in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. Francine packed winds around 100 mph and sent heavy bands of rain into New Orleans.
