Congress brings up 2015 Bangladesh land pact to counter Katchatheevu charge
In response to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's criticism against the Congress government for handing over Katchatheevu to Sri Lanka, party leader Jairam Ramesh brought up the land boundary agreement with Bangladesh in 2015 and said it led to the shrinking of India's land area.
