Conservative Jamil Jivani projected to win Durham federal byelection
Roughly 90 minutes after the polls closed Monday, Elections Canada reported 54 per cent of votes for Jivani, well ahead of the Liberals and New Democrats, with 29 per cent of polls reporting.
