Cylinder scam: Court raps BMC for sanctioning action against accused employees
The Bombay High Court was hearing a plea filed by advocate Harshvardhan Suryavanshi, who prayed that unless and until a departmental enquiry is held by the BMC, the police not be permitted to take any action against the employees.
