Delhi civic body prepares detailed plan to tackle waterlogging due to heavy rain
New Delhi Municipal Council vice-chairman Satish Upadyay said that the civic body has identified five vulnerable points of water stagnation, Africa Avenue, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Panchkuian Road, Purana Quila Road and Lodhi Estate.
