Delhi excise policy case: Court to consider chargesheet against K Kavitha on May 20
The Enforcement Directorate’s counsel opposed Kavitha’s request, stating that the accused was not entitled to a copy of the chargesheet at this stage. This is the seventh chargesheet filed by the probe agency in the case.
