Delhi High Court stays conviction of ex-minister Dilip Ray in coal scam case
The Delhi High Court suspended the conviction of former Union Minister Dilip Ray saying not doing so would mean he would lose the chance to contest the Odisha Assembly Elections and disrupt him from serving his constituency.
