Don't lecture, focus on stopping terror factories: India hits out at Pak
India on Sunday blasted Pakistan at the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva, Switzerland, saying lectures on human rights by a country with an established history of supporting terrorists and an "abysmal track record of democracy" are laughable.
