Farooq Abdullah jabs BJP on IC 814 hijack: Told them not to release terrorists
Farooq Abdullah was Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir when the Delhi-bound IC 814 was hijacked in December 1999. As per the demands of the hijackers, the Centre released terrorists Maulana Masood Azhar, Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, and Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar.
