Florida rapper Julio Foolio, whose real name is Charles Jones, was shot and killed in Tampa just two days after celebrating his 26th birthday. The incident occurred on Sunday at a Holiday Inn hotel parking lot, where Jones had relocated after being asked to leave an Airbnb where he was partying.
