Hathras stampede LIVE updates: NDRF personnel deployed to aid in rescue ops
Over 100 people were killed and dozens were injured in a stampede after a satsang in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras. Eyewitnesses recalled that people fell one after the other, with bodies piling atop each other, in mud. Several suffocated to their deaths on the spot.
