Hotels & bar owners’ plea in Bombay High Court against 'dry day' on poll results day
AHAR’s plea seeks only a modification of the collectors’ orders to state that the establishments that sell liquor be permitted to open up for business after the declaration of poll results, instead of shutting them down for the whole day.
