Lalu Yadav ready to offer Congress 9 seats in Bihar, but conditions apply: Sources
The RJD is ready to offer nine seats to its ally Congress in Bihar amid differences over seat-sharing, sources said. The Lalu Yadav-led party also said that the Congress, in return, should offer two seats to it in Jharkhand.
