'Language barrier' leads to abortion on wrong woman at Prague hospital
Doctors at a Prague hospital ended up conducting an abortion on a foreigner who was four-months pregnant and had gone for a regular check-up. The procedure was to be conducted on another foreigner and the doctors blamed the mix-up on "language barrier".
