Monsoon and drivers' devilish urge to splash commuters
In Delhi's Old Rajinder Nagar, knee-high water inundated a basement library, killing three IAS aspirants after a water wave from a passing SUV damaged the gate. Although the driver, now arrested, wasn't to blame in this case, it brings to mind the menace of reckless motorists who splash commuters for fun, and create dangerous situations.
