Nearly 60 killed, over 69,000 displaced as heavy rains batter southern Brazil
After heavy rains, floods destroyed roads and bridges in several regions of Brazil's Rio Grande do Sul state, killing nearly 60 people with over 70 gone missing and around 70,000 people displaced.
