Parts of Orleans, St. Bernard and St. Tammany parishes under coastal flood warning, NWS says
Parts of the greater New Orleans area and Mississippi were placed under a coastal flood warning as Tropical Storm Alberto churned toward northern Mexico in the Gulf, the National Weather Service said Wednesday afternoon.
