Pinarayi Vijayan advises precautions after third death from rare brain disease
Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan chaired a meeting to discuss preventive measures, especially for children, as the state recorded its third death in three months due to a brain-eating disease called amoebic meningoencephalitis.
