Putin says 'radical Islamists' behind Moscow attack, reiterates Ukraine link
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday acknowledged that "radical Islamists" were behind the deadly concert hall attack in Moscow on March 23. He, however, said who "ordered" the attack is yet to be determined, reiterating his accusation of Ukraine playing a role in the carnage.
