Rains return to flood-ravaged southern Brazil, at least 100 dead so far
Over 1,63,000 have taken shelters as heavy rains returned to flood-ravaged southern Brazil. The rains have destroyed highways and bridges in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, which borders Uruguay and Argentina.
