Rohtak medical college doctor kidnaps, physically assaults student, arrested
According to the first-year dental student's complaint, on August 16, the accused kidnapped her from PGIMS and took her to Ambala and Chandigarh, where she was assaulted. No evidence of sexual harassment or rape has emerged from the victim's statement or the investigation until now, the police stated.
