Rs 5,000 every month for poor: Mallikarjun Kharge at Congress campaign in Andhra
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge announced the party's poll guarantee for Andhra Pradesh while kicking off the election campaign and said Rs 5,000 will be distributed every month to eligible poor households.
