Schools, colleges in 4 Tamil Nadu districts shut on October 15 ahead of rainfall
As heavy rainfall is predicted across Tamil Nadu, the state government in a review meeting decided to declare holiday for schools and colleges in Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kancheepuram and Chengalpet districts.
