Top Court flips own verdict asking DMRC to pay Rs 8000 cr to Reliance Infra’s DAMEPL
The bench allowed the curative petition filed by DMRC and said it was perverse on the part of the two-judge bench of the Supreme Court in 2021 to saddle a public utility with an exorbitant amount of liability.
