Trial in Jhanvi Kukreja murder case halted after objection to court transfer
The trial in 19-year-old Jhanvi Kukreja's murder case came to a halt after the prosecution objected to the case being transferred to a special court that handles matters involving Members of Parliament and Members of the Legislative Assembly, when none of the accused are MPs or MLAs.
