Tropical storm Debby churns into Cat. 1 hurricane
Tropical storm Debby has strengthened into a Category 1 hurricane as it approaches Florida Sunday night. Footage shows widespread flooding taking over towns and roads. After dumping rain on Florida, Debby is expected to make a trek into Georgia and South Carolina. More than two feet of water could fall from the sky, causing catastrophic flash flooding.
